We understand that sometimes schedules change. Please see our cancellation and refund policy for sessions:

Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: You can reschedule or receive a full refund.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: Unfortunately, refunds are not available, as that time was set aside for you.

We hope you love every item you order from us. If you change your mind or something arrives damaged, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on digital downloads, personalized items, or opened wellness products (e.g., oils, sprays) due to hygiene.

How to Return an Item
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
