Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on digital downloads, personalized items, or opened wellness products (e.g., oils, sprays) due to hygiene.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
